Travel from Qingdao Jiaodong Airport (TAO) to HUALUXE Qingdao Licang Hotel

Option 1: Metro & Bus (Most Economical)
Take Metro Line 8 from the airport station to Qingdao North Railway Station (45 minutes). Upon arrival, catch Bus 387 at the Railway station's East Square and ride to Li Jia Shang Liu Community Station (50 minutes). Walk 500 meters along Jinshui Road to reach the hotel (~¥10 RMB total). Note: Metro Line 8 operates 05:45–23:15 daily.

Option 2: Metro & Taxi (Best Balance)
Take Metro Line 8 to Qingdao North Railway Station. Then take a taxi directly to the hotel (show the driver: 青岛李沧华邑大酒店, 25 minutes) (~ ¥35 RMB total).

Option 3: Direct Taxi (Simplest Option)
Taxis are available 24/7 at airport taxi stands. Show the driver the hotel's Chinese name (青岛李沧华邑大酒店) or address: No. 168 Jinshui Road, Licang District. The 50–60 minute trip costs ~¥150-200 RMB.

If arriving outside Metro hours (before 05:45 or after 23:15):
Take the Airport Shuttle Bus to Li Cun Dong Qiao Bus Station (李村东桥公交站, ¥30 RMB, runs every 30–60 mins). From there, a 15-minute taxi to the hotel costs ~¥20 RMB.

Visa Exemption Policy for Citizens of 38 Countries
International attendees should consider visa requirements well in advance. Conditions for Foreign Nationals Applying for the 240-Hour Visa Free Transit Eligibility
The National Immigration Administration (NIA) announced today that it will fully relax and optimize the visa-free transit policy, which is effective immediately. The stay duration for foreign nationals eligible for visa-free transit has been extended from the previous 72 hours and 144 hours to 240 hours (10 days). Additionally, 21 ports of entry and exit have been added for visa-free transit individuals, further expanding the allowed areas for visa-free transit travelers. Individuals from 54 eligible countries, including Russia, Brazil, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Canada, traveling from China to a third country (region), can enter visa-free through any of the 60 open ports in 24 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and stay within the allowed areas for visa-free transit travelers for no more than 240 hours.
